Conference Application
The ESTA Conference uses the Oxford Abstracts Academic Conference Software as an online program and conference platform. The software will function as a Conference App during the conference days.
How to Use
In the upper right corner of the program on the app, you can choose whether you want to view the program in a calendar view or as a list.
The top bar of the program has a search function, note that you can change the day if necessary.
To search presenters: click on the Presenters & authors icon on the left menu and then write a name to the search field.
By clicking on a program item, you can access more detailed information about the session and the presenters.
For best experience, make sure to use the latest version of your internet browser (e.g. Chrome (recommended), Firefox, Safari or Edge).
How to access
Registered conference participants will receive an access link to the platform before the event, on Thursday 20 August. The link will be sent to the email address provided on the conference registration form.
Signing in to the platform will allow you to:
Use chat functions to connect with other participants during the Conference.
Create an online “name badge” and share e.g. your social media links with fellow participants.

Access easily general info, maps
Receive notifications of e.g. last-minute changes
